More free sims & a race fix

NewFree sims doubled: you now get 4 free cloud sims a day without logging in (was 2). Logging in with Battle.net still gets you more.
FixMag'har Orc characters loaded from the Armory or Battle.net no longer crash the sim (a race-name formatting bug — thanks to Voidly at Simmit for the report).

Fair-use & security hardening

FixLogged-in accounts got a generous fair-use cap on shared cloud sims (20/day) so a single account can't drain the free pool for everyone. Normal use never hits it.
FixLogin sessions now expire properly after 24 hours — a hardening pass on account security.
